My core values guide my motivations and are the base for my beliefs. Why do I bother share such things? Even though I'm an individual (not an agency), I share them because they are my foundation, and unquestionable to me. Therefore, they are the minimum that I expect in any kind of workplace.
🐜 | Growing through collaboration
I truly believe that the greatest potential of any project can only be achieved when we work together.
📑 | Respect for the learnings/steps along the way: Accountability
Being on first-line to explain the why and the how, exposing all the bumps that we overcame is just as great as presenting a spot-on delivery. I'm responsible for my decisions and actions in each and every project.
🫂| Focus on human-centered and agile methods
I'm human, you are human and our users are human as well. So isn’t it logical to base our approach on making them the center of our strategy?
🌈 | Diverse teams are better. Full stop.
Different backgrounds, cultures, nationalities, genders, ideologies, ages, races, sexual orientation – I've had the privilege to work alongside amazing and diverse professionals, and that made all of our projects (and ourselves) so much better for it. Respect is mandatory, and the key.
🌻 | It’s all about honest communication
Transparent, respectful and honest discussions are how we upgrade anything from okay to amazing.
🦾 | The only constant is the never ending evolution
Understand, think, build, look back and improve. Nothing lasts forever and the capacity to learn evolve and adapt is the best and major asset I have at hand.
